Establishment and Growth
MTB Industrial Systems was founded in 2013 to provide cable assembly, plastic injection molding, and assembly solutions. Starting as a small production facility, our journey has now grown from 1,000 m² to 7,000 m² of production space and from 15 employees to a team of over 130 experts, making us one of the most reliable and innovative companies in the industry.
From day one, we have focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability, aiming to make a difference in the industry. Today, we continue to grow globally by serving the white goods, automotive, heating-cooling, defense industry, and many other sectors. We base every production process on trust, professionalism, and quality, and we continue to be a pioneer in the industry with our investments in technology.

Establishment and First Steps
The foundations of MTB Endüstri Sistemleri were laid in 2010 when the Germany-based Haas Group, established in Çerkezköy OSB, decided to relocate its investment in Turkey. In 2013, it was taken over by Mr. Hakan Beceren and began operating under the name MTB Industrial Systems San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.. It entered the sector initially with the production of cable assemblies and electrical systems.
Restructuring and Expansion
In 2018, Mr. M. Talha Beceren took over as Chairman of the Board of Directors and accelerated the company's growth process. Guided by the principles of trust, quality, and professionalism, the company turned to new investments.
By increasing its production capacity, it ventured into new areas such as overmolding, assembly work, and terminal and socket production.
Increasing Technology and Production Capacity
Our company has invested in modern automation systems and high-precision production machinery to make production processes more efficient. Cable assembly, plastic injection, and assembly processes have been improved, enabling faster and higher-quality solutions in production.
MTBES's 10th Anniversary!
In 2023, MTBES celebrated its 10th anniversary. With the participation of all employees and business partners, the company's decade-long development process was celebrated. Past achievements were recalled, and future goals were shared. Throughout the event, unity and solidarity were emphasized, and the pride of growing together with the MTBES family was experienced.

With its growing production capacity, MTB Industrial Systems has reached a production area of 7000 m² and continues its operations with a team of 130+ experts. Continuously updating its standards with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 quality certifications, our company has become a strong player in both the domestic and international markets.

Production capacity has been increased and technological infrastructure strengthened with new generation plastic injection molding machines. This investment has enabled production with higher precision, speed, and quality. This development has increased flexible production capabilities for special projects, allowing for faster and more effective solutions to customer demands.
