About MTB Industrial Systems
Our company, Mekatronik Teknik Bilişim Endüstri Sistemleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. (MTBES), has a dynamic production structure with its young and expert staff in the cable assembly, plastic injection, and assembly sectors, and is in a position to make quality your happiness.
In 2010, when the Germany-based Haas Group, established in Çerkezköy OSB, wanted to relocate its investment from our region, Mr. Hakan BECEREN took over the company in 2013 and continued its operations as MTB Endüstri Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.
Exceeding its existing potential, MTB Endüstri Sistemleri has become an exporter and manufacturer of cable and electrical systems by undertaking cable assembly/design work, injection molding, and terminal/socket production.
In 2018, Mr. M. Talha BECEREN assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Based on the principles of Trust, Quality, and Professionalism, he has ensured that our company has reached its current position by expanding its areas of activity with a more active and dynamic team.
Operating in the region with over 130 employees in a 7000 m² area, MTB Endüstri Sistemleri;
has made it a culture to develop itself with a global perspective and respect for its sector, and is pleased to always offer its stakeholders the importance of quality production through its investments in renewed technological systems.
Without forgetting that our customers are our business partners, we have incorporated the ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 certification into our organization and keep it constantly up to date in terms of ensuring quality standards.

- White Goods Sector (Production of cable assemblies for televisions, coffee machines, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, etc.)
- Heating Systems & Cooling Systems Sector (Production of cable assemblies for boilers, air conditioners, water heaters, infrared heaters, etc.)
- Automotive Sector (Production of cable assemblies for sensor lights, brake lights, signal lights, seat belts, etc.)
- Plastic Injection Molding Sector (White goods, automotive, heating-cooling, lighting, and industrial & agricultural machinery)
- Industrial & Agricultural Machinery Sector (Production of cable assemblies for tractors and lawn mowers)
- Toy Sector (Battery-powered and electric toys, etc.)
- Other Sectors (Construction Machinery, Lighting, Iron, Steel and Glass Industry, Rail Transportation & Mining, Health, Food, Shipbuilding, Machinery and Electrical Industry)
Our company professionally manufactures all cable assemblies used in these sectors in Turkey with domestic capital. We plan to incorporate the OHSAS18001 certificate into our organization for the healthy working conditions and a safe environment for our valued employees, who are our main business partners.
